Graduation Rates

I am currently serving as the Executive Director of Retention in the Division of Enrollment Management charged with maintaining and increasing the 6-year, 5-year, 4-year and 3-year graduation rates. Having access to current real-time data is crucial to the work that is being done. The creation of SharePoint site in Teams which is a centralized location for all the aggregate data has been extremely helpful. The site allows everyone who has access to see exactly where we are with each graduation cohort and the intervention efforts that are being done. I would like to thank Yesenia and her time for all the hard work they do.
